We specialize in the manufacturing of CVD Lab Grown Diamonds, offering a wide range of shapes and sizes. Additionally, we provide certified diamonds up to 10 carats.

3. Order Placement and Processing:

- All orders are taken on a make-to-order basis and will be completed within a specified time frame.

- Agreements for orders will be conducted offline between the client and the company.

4. Payment Terms:

- Clients are required to make a 50% advance payment upon placing an order.

- The remaining 50% must be settled before delivery, inclusive of all government taxes.

- Payments will be conducted in accordance with the laws of Surat judication.

5. Return Policy:

- We do not provide a general return policy.

- In the event of a return, the product must be received back within 7 days of delivery, following a quality check.

- The product must be in the same condition as delivered; otherwise, the company reserves the right to refuse the return.

- All logistic fees, including taxes, are the responsibility of the client and must be arranged as per the client's choice of logistics company.

- In cases where the final product costs less than the initial payment, the company will refund the difference.
