Full eternity vs half-eternity
- Full eternity: diamonds all the way round, for maximum sparkle. It can't easily be resized, so get the size right.
- Half-eternity: diamonds across the top only, more comfortable, resizable and less expensive.
- Three-quarter eternity: a middle ground.
